Haha’s AI coolers sold for $2,999 to $7,299 on the Haha-branded US web store on October 3, 2026 (store listing1). Every model carries the same $40 monthly fee (Haha9) and 5.95% card processing (store FAQ2).
hahavending.com itself shows no prices and asks for a quote. The store uses Haha’s support phone and email, but we did not find a link to it from hahavending.com.

Nayax sells a version as the Nova Smart Cooler H18, “powered by HAHA Vending”, without a published price. VendGuys lists a Haha Pro “powered by Nayax” at a sale price of $4,90019 (regular $5,200). Vending.com17 lists the Pro 542 with a PAX card reader and asks you to call for a quote.
Monthly fees
- $40 per machine a month: $10 for the card reader, $15 for the SIM card, $15 for software, prorated by days used (Haha9).
- 5.95% card processing. Haha’s store FAQ says merchants “can confirm final rates with their bank during onboarding” (FAQ2).
- $0.05 per order “AI fee”. This is on Haha’s Amazon listing FAQ11 and reseller pages; we did not find it on hahavending.com.
- Wi-Fi instead of the SIM cuts the monthly fee by $15, according to GeniusVend13.
- $50 to transfer a machine to another merchant account. Product templates are lost in the transfer (Haha9).
- Payouts are withdrawals you request. Haha pays them on Wednesdays: a request made before noon on Tuesday is paid that Wednesday, and one made on a Wednesday waits a week (Haha9).
On $500 of monthly sales across 200 purchases, those fees come to $40 plus $29.75 processing plus $10 in AI fees: $79.75. What $500 a month in sales costs runs the same month through nine other platforms.
How it charges
Cameras record the shopper’s session and the software compares the shelves before and after. Haha claims 99% accuracy, about 60 seconds to recognize a purchase, and under 6 hours to add a new product (Pro 542 page7).
When the software cannot recognize a purchase, it creates an “abnormal order”. The operator reviews the video and charges the shopper by hand in the app (Haha9).
Before the door opens, the shopper’s card is held for an amount the operator sets in the app. The minimum is $0.10, and Haha recommends setting it higher “to minimize potential losses” (Haha9). Haha does not publish a default. Pre-authorization holds compares the amounts other platforms use.

From Haha’s model pages6. Every page, including the Freezer 550’s, lists a temperature range of 32–50°F; VE Solutions lists the freezer as going down to −8°F16. The Plus 440 page repeats the Mini 360’s specs. Resellers publish different capacity and power figures for some models (GeniusVend gives the Pro 542 as 2.0 kWh13 a day); the table uses Haha’s.
What Haha says it cannot do
From Haha’s FAQ8 and product pages:
- “Age verification is not currently enabled.”
- No cash. Cards, phone wallets, and QR payments only. EBT is not mentioned.
- Splash-resistant, not waterproof.
- Returns are usually not accepted (refund policy3).
New machines may arrive in demo mode; Haha’s Amazon listing11 says to contact support before use so the machine does not dispense free.
Warranty and support
The standard warranty is one year. Haha’s merchant page9 describes an “Extended Warranty” at $280 for one year, $450 for two, and $540 for three. It covers parts, remote support, and on-site service for complex issues, and excludes human error, natural causes, power surges, consumables, and unauthorized repairs. It must be bought within the first year, total coverage is capped at four years, and it starts one month after signing.
Haha’s store sells two add-ons per machine. The “Full Warranty” carries the merchant page’s prices; the store does not describe what its cheaper “Extended Warranty” covers:
| Term | “Full Warranty” | “Extended Warranty” |
|---|---|---|
| 1 year | $280 | $140 |
| 2 years | $450 | $240 |
| 3 years | $540 | $360 |
| 4 years | $720 | $480 |
Haha’s two FAQs quote different prices for extended coverage: $200 a year on the store FAQ2 and $280 a year on hahavending.com8. Ask Haha in writing which plan you are buying and what it covers before paying.
Support runs seven days a week, 7 AM to 10 PM Eastern, with on-site repairs “if needed” (FAQ8). Haha lists US warehouses in Hayward and Paramount, California, plus Dallas, Houston, New Jersey, Aurora (Illinois), and Lakeland (Florida). It says orders ship within 5 workdays of payment and delivery usually takes 3 to 7 workdays (shipping10). Haha’s FAQ8 gives 5 to 10 business days instead, and its pages count the US warehouses as 7, 9, or 10. Account setup takes 1 to 2 weeks (FAQ8). Financing is offered; terms are not published.
The company
Haha’s US entity is HahaSmart Innovation Inc., at an address in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The same site says it is headquartered in Los Angeles in the US, with offices in Charlotte, New York, Dallas, and elsewhere (about4, factory and warehouse5). It describes itself as a manufacturer but does not say where its factory is; GeniusVend’s product page says the machines are “Manufactured by HAHA Vending in China” (GeniusVend13). It is a NAMA member.
